Limestone and lime mainly consists of calcium carbonate (CaCO3), which is generally used as building materials or industrial raw materials. Limestone is directly processed into stone and fired into lime, then mixed with water to become slaked lime Ca(OH)2. Slaked lime is formulated into lime slurry, lime paste, etc., used as a coating material and brick adhesive. There are lime and slaked lime, of which lime consists mainly of calcium oxide, is generally white block, or light gray or light yellow with impurity. Lime absorb moisture or water to become slacked lime, with main ingredient Ca (OH)2. Slaked lime is formulated into lime slurry, lime paste, lime mortar, etc., as coating materials and brick adhesives. Cement is calcined of limestone and clay, etc..

1. power consumption per ton of products: 18 ~ 25kWh/t, according to the requirements of raw materials and products;
2. select the mill according to the output and fineness;
3. main applications: power desulfurization, blast furnace smelting solvent, etc..
Stage 1: Raw Material Crushing
Limestone in big sizes shall be processed in crusher until them achieve the required material fineness (15mm-50mm) for next stage grinding.
Stage 2: Particle Grinding
After crushing, the small particles is lifted by the bucket elevator to the material silo, and then shipped by vibration feeder into roller mill for grinding.
Stage 3: Powder Separating
After grinding, the mixture of particle and powder are leveled in separator, where qualified powder with required fineness shall be chosen to next stage, and the rejected will go back rolling mill for additional milling.
Stage 4: Final Powder Collecting
After Powder grinding, the powder is going with the wind inside the pipes to Pulse Collector, where the qualified powder is shipped via disease port to Final Product Cage, and then transported by power truck or packaged by packing machines.
